In this video I describe how I became a self aware. A Narcissist can become self-aware and we can actually self reflect although it is not common. Becoming self-aware, is usually followed by narcissistic modification and ego death, at which point the narcissist will go through a state of severe depression. Once he, or she is broken out of their fantasy bubble of grandiosity by a traumatic event, most often a relationship with another cluster be, that failed, but can also be brought on by basically hitting rock-bottom and losing all of their supply.
