Human relations, their connection with the realm they go around, and another realm the naked eye can't see, have been part of daily consciousness for ages since the earth just started human history. There is one certain wisdom, a ritual to have a conversation with nature and reinforce harmony with the unknown, because essentially relationship is not simply about social interaction.

Among generations, a substantial number of ethnic groups in Indonesia, indigenous peoples in particular, looked upon this type of interaction as commonplace. Songkabala is just one of the cultural wealth and diversity spread over South Sulawesi regions, specifically Takalar and Jeneponto. Communal work, sense of companionship, and also tend to be an art practice, are all ever-present in every tradition or ritual that is performed.
