Broken Hill mine - Daydream Silverton

The Broken Hill mine tour at Silverton's Historic Daydream Mine is an absolute must. The tour is run by a couple of old miners who are full of character and just being in their presence gives you the feeling of being transported back to the days when the mining boom was at its peak in Broken Hill. The tour takes you underground where you can experience the conditions that the miners had to work in.
Located about 31km outside of #BrokenHill on the way to #Silverton, the #HistoricDaydreammine is a half hour drive and be sure to get the fresh scones with cream and jam at the end of the tour. They live up to the hype!!!
