Not quite the Tower of Fate, but it will do. For Shovelry!

Slight note, because you can't duck for the double tongue attack and you have nothing to pogo when a head rears back, I didn't find a way to dodge it. I'm curious what other bosses can be beaten with minimal damage taken with this setup but with the limitations getting boss medals is unlikely for most of them.
