Michelin Selected Phở, is it Worth the Hype?

In this food travel vlog, I eat at a phở restaurant in Saigon, Vietnam that has been Michelin selected for two years straight. Does it live up to the hype?

Also, this restaurant featured a unique dish called “photine”: a combination of pho and Canadian poutine. I had to give this special creation a try as well!

I eat both the beef pho and the photine and give you a Dank Rank Food Review of both dishes, and then ultimately answer the question of whether this restaurant deserves its Michelin distinction.
