That's my 1st Attempt ever at this song in any capacity at all... That's the 1st Time I've ever heard that song at all... I got it only because it was Nightwish and of course I'm not disappointed... That was an awesome song, as usual, and incredibly difficult (and therefore, fun) for me to try to keep up with... As you can see I still need a lot of work but that was a wild ride... I will try that some more in the coming days... That actually was a Pure 1st Attempt... By that, I mean this... When I started it I hadn't ever done that before, I did not pause at any point, did not restart at all, I played start to finish and this is the result... What does that matter? It probably doesn't, those are details for me and anybody who might be interested.

It's always nice when I get the Rocksmith "Flawless Performance" but on a 1st Attempt that's not ever expected... At the end of November, 2023, I had only gotten a 100% on any songs at all a total of 26 times... As of today, labeling this, I have 249 of those that I've uploaded... A couple will probably be duplicates but most are not... More random details for context.

This band is probably the biggest reason I'm standing here with a guitar in my hands... I'm not good at it but 2.5 years ago I had never picked up a guitar and couldn't play one at all... Not even a little bit... As it stands, I need more work so that's what I'll do... I'll get this one to 100% sooner rather than later....

Every time I do well on a Nightwish song it's a feeling I can't describe... It's a dream come true... I adore this band and this song...

I'm still not that good at Bass, and any Guitar really... I'm learning as I go but I have no idea what I'm really doing... I know that I love this band and this Bassist who is Marko Hietala, are the only reason I bought a Bass in the first place... Also the same band that inspired me to play 6-String & a little bit of drums which I'm even worse at than Guitars...

This song (like many of their songs) is very fast and that is precisely my game so I have a lot of fun playing this... I'm still not where I want to be but that's what practice is for... I'm certainly moving closer to where I want to be and this is proof of that... It's far from perfect but for me it's actually kind of living a dream... I'm not exactly out of shape and my arms are usually spent after playing anything by Nightwish on any instrument... This dude is a machine and a musical hero to me... They all are...

In my mind Marko Hietala is the greatest Metal Bassist that ever lived... I'm sorry to anybody who that offends but... I'm really not, it is what it is... He's the only reason I'm standing here with a Bass Guitar in my hands... I did not care about Bass even though I dreamed of playing 6-String... Until I watched Marko Hietala play the thing... That made me realize it's f*****g cool as hell and I needed one...

I have 7 "Favorite Band(s)" and Nightwish has been on that list since I only had 1 band on that list... If it weren't for my listening to their music and seeing Marko Hietala play Bass, I likely never would have wanted to pick one up myself... I need a lot of work on bass, this is far from perfect, but those are huge shoes to fill... I'm simply excited to get anywhere close to playing what that guy wrote...
