The most important mechanics of this fight is the nearest unit to the boss will be marked, and that marked unit will have to go last on subsequent turns so that the boss will use its crystal volley on the marked target. If the marked unit is not attacked, the boss attacks the entire teams and heals (12:35).

You can improvise on the guide here and prevent Tololo from dying at Turn 5 (11:25). That way the fight will be easier for you.
