By implementing Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), root cause analysis, and other problem-solving tools, the team successfully reduced the cycle time to just 28 minutes.

This improvement not only enhanced patient care by ensuring timely blood availability but also resulted in substantial savings of nearly ₱7 million in man-hours.
