Last night, I had the privilege of joining our Legislative Day hosted by the West San Gabriel Valley REALTORS® Association, where local and state officials came together to discuss housing assistance, community development, and the challenges our cities are facing.

As a Director of WSGVR and City Liaison for Rosemead, I truly value these opportunities to exchange ideas directly with policymakers — to understand how upcoming housing initiatives, new developments, and business incentives are shaping the future of our region.

Listening to our elected officials share their perspectives reminded me how interconnected our roles are — REALTORS®, developers, and community leaders all play a part in creating a sustainable housing ecosystem.

While my day-to-day work with Century Communities keeps me close to homebuyers and new developments, events like this bring the bigger picture into focus — connecting policy, people, and progress.

昨晚很荣幸以西圣盖博谷地产协会董事及罗斯密市联络代表的身份，参加了协会举办的【立法日】活动。

活动邀请了地方及州政府官员，一起探讨住房援助、城市发展，以及社区所面临的各种挑战。通过与政策制定者面对面的交流，我更深入地了解了未来住房计划、新兴建设项目与商业优惠政策如何共同影响我们所处的区域。

聆听民选官员的分享，让我再次体会到——无论是地产经纪人、开发商，还是社区领导者，我们都在为建设一个更平衡、更可持续的住房环境贡献力量。

虽然我在Century Communities的日常工作更多聚焦于新屋销售与购屋服务，但这样的活动让我看到更宏观的蓝图——政策、人心与发展的相互连接。
