Quick and simple way to clean an EGR Valve on a Mercedes Sprinter with the 3.0 Diesel. These valves hanging up are a known failure point and can lead to a "Limp Home" like condition that will clear after a restart.

This van is a 907 Sprinter 3500. All 3.0 Diesel Sprinters use a similar design valve.

This is just a quick demonstration, for your personal reference, of how I clean these valves, and seem to get pretty good results from it. Your mileage will very depending on the wear of the valve and it's actuator.
