After a first half of the season with disappointing results and stats especially in #serieatim, Ac Milan club board decided to fire Paulo Fonseca and appoint another Portoguese manager, Sergio Conceiçao as new manager. His main task is clear: achieve the qualification for next year #uefachampionsleague, which is extremely important for the club balance and to buy new players.
Will Conceiçao be able to complete his mission and then, from next year, make plans for the club future? The club board made him sign a contract until June 2026 with the condition that if he does not meet the club requests for this season or better, for the rest of this season, they can fire him without paying the remaining 1 year but only these six months. For this reason, the first manager contacted by the club, #mauriziosarri , rejected the club offer.
In this simulation I created a profile where I managed #sampdoria and with #footballmanagereditor I moved Conceiçao from Porto to Milan. I used a real fixtures database with real results upgraded to last games played on December 29th, 2024 and a start date on January 1st, 2024. Unfortunately due to some limitations, it's not possible to start the game with real results from January 2025. You can find the link to download the database from FM Scout in the description.
