How to Cook Octopus. The Octopus population in our local area of Cornwall has recently exploded to record breaking numbers. We occasionally catch Octopus on rod and line but today we caught this big Octopus in the Fish Locker lobster pots. I take it to Spargos Kitchen and Jim cooks up three wonderful Octopus dishes for us to eat. Healthy, homemade and delicious. What could be better?
