Magic Mac And Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F
Put 1 stick of butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish and place in the oven to melt being careful not to burn the butter.
Meanwhile, add 1 beaten egg, 1 tsp. pepper, 1-1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1/2 cup sour cream plus whatever else you choose in a large container. Mix well. Add 4 cups of milk and mix well.
When butter is melted, add a 16 oz box of raw elbow macaroni to the butter and stir until it's all coated. Add 3 to 4 cups of your favorite shredded cheese over the macaroni (4 cups of cheese is best). Pour your milk mixture over the top and bake in 350 F oven uncovered for 40 to 55 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes until you serve it. Enjoy!! It's delicious and so easy!!
