2015-2017 Toyota Camry Door Control/TPMS Receiver Replacement & C Pillar Trim Removal

Описание к видео 2015-2017 Toyota Camry Door Control/TPMS Receiver Replacement & C Pillar Trim Removal

This is a video on how to remove the C pillar trim on a 2015 Toyota Camry and showing where the keyless entry/TPMS receiver assembly is. You can follow this for most modern Toyota cars (2009+). Some of the modern Toyotas still use a 10mm bolt to hold on the trim like the Tacoma. You can tell if that's the case if you look at the SRS AIRBAG symbol on the trim and see if it can be pried open with a flathead screwdriver and a towel to protect the trim. If so, there will be a 10mm bolt behind it that you need to remove first. If not, it'll likely be like is shown in my video.

If your remote unlock is not working and you've replaced the remote battery...check the TPMS in the infotainment as the remote receiver controls both the door unlock and TPMS. If the TPMS is not working, check for any blown fuses in the fuse box. If no blown fuses, then it is likely the receiver that needs to be replaced.

On this 2015 Camry, the part number is 897A0-06050 and is listed as "RECEIVER ASSY, DOOR CONTROL & TPMS" on Toyota.
