If you find yourself with a lot of variability in your low point - a great exercise would be (as seen in the video) or to get into a bunker and take some divots in the sand. Making sure not to move your stance, take a divot sequentially later, one after another.

This will give you a sense for what your weight shift might want to do, to assist you in finding that optimal low point 👊
