Anne of Green Gables the Musical by TCHA

Twin Cities Homeschoolers for the Arts (TCHA) is proud to present Anne of Green Gables – The Musical! This video captures the second to last of seven performances made between October 15th and 31st, 2021.

A lively musical adaptation of L.M. Montgomery's literary classic Anne of Green Gables, this timeless tale transports theatergoers to the quaint Canadian farming village of Avonlea. The central figure is Anne Shirley, a quirky and endearing orphan girl who rises to blissful contentment from the shambles of neglect. She is unwittingly adopted by siblings Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert, who quickly find they must become accustomed to Anne's precocious tongue, colorful imagination, and a temper as fiery as her carrot-red hair. While these seem to get her into scrapes wherever she goes, Anne's vivacious spirit shines through and endears her to her adoptive parents as well as audiences everywhere.
