From the flight deck, he witnessed a stunning Air Power Demo: MiG-29K fighters launching and trapping on a short deck—in daylight and complete darkness showcasing extreme precision, discipline, and the Navy’s cutting-edge tech.

Vikrant isn’t just a ship it’s a floating airbase and a symbol of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Night carrier ops, seamless deck choreography, and integrated combat readiness sent a clear message: India can project power and protect the Indian Ocean Region.

PM Modi praised the sailors as the guardians of the Indian Ocean, reaffirming the Navy’s role in maritime security, deterrence, and humanitarian missions.
