Today, I'll be making Hyderabad-style Gutti Vankaya Biryani. I tasted this for the first time when Thiru was shooting at Hyderabad.

Later at Cooku With Comali, I tried this brinjal biryani, and comali Pugazh had to guess the food. So here's my first attempt at home. Watch me making on Theatre D.
