Cambelt change on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet II (timing belt & water pump replacement)

Описание к видео Cambelt change on a Fiat Ducato 2.3 MultiJet II (timing belt & water pump replacement)

In this video I change the timing belt and water pump on a 2019 Fiat Ducato X290. It has the 2.3 MultiJet II 130hp diesel engine. These are often referred to as the Iveco engine, but are actually made by FPT Industrial. The engine code is F1AGL411D.
The cambelt needs changing every 80,000 miles or 5 years which ever is soonest. This van has only done 24,000 miles since new but as it has just turned 5 years old, it is getting changed.
The Fiat Ducato is also re-badged as a Citroen Jumper, Peugeot Boxer, Peugeot Manager, Ram ProMaster, Opel Movano, Vauxhall Movano and Toyota Proace Max. The Iveco Daily also uses the same F1AGL1411D engine.
I was just intending to film a few tips, rather than a complete step by step video. But it ended up almost being that, including my mistakes which should help you from making the same mistakes. This was the first time I'd done this job and it did take me a long time and I apologise that this is a very long video. But at least it shows you that it can be a DIY job without many tools needed, saving you loads of money.

The items I used in this video are:
Gates PowerGrip kit + Waterpump KP15592XS https://amzn.to/3KYqZZJ or https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/334527347230
Timing tool kit https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/325795976518 or https://amzn.to/3RDte8D
Comma red OAT coolant 5ltr https://amzn.to/4cr8lFE (one 5 ltr needed to replace coolant lost during this job or two 5ltr needed if you do a full flush). Other suitable coolants are Comma G30 and G12+.
2-pack 60-80mm hose clamps https://amzn.to/45D2ACA
