Feeding the European nightcrawlers & check-in on the Africans - vermicomposting

In the ENC bag the feeding is basically business as usual. In the small green ANC bin we are now 1 week into a 'starving'/'foraging' phase.. giving the worms time to break down all the residual bits of food and bedding scattered in the castings. There is also a parallel attempt at achieving an ideal moisture level and material consistency throughout the bin
