RECIPE:
Flour - 200 g
Butter - 100 g
Milk - 100 ml
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 150 g
Vanillin
Salt
1 can of boiled condensed milk

PREPARATION OF THE PROCESS:
1. Break 3 eggs in a bowl, add salt, vanillin and sugar. Beat everything with a mixer for several minutes at high speed.
2. Add room temperature milk and melted butter. Oil should not be hot.
3. Mix and sift all the flour at once. The dough for waffles should be thick enough. This can be compared to a pancake test.
I have already heated the pan and poured one and a half tablespoons of dough into the center. With a spatula, I quickly begin to spread the dough in the pan in a circular motion. It should be a thin pancake. Doing this with a spoon is uncomfortable, I have already tried. I fry for several minutes on both sides, and my method is to immediately spread the pancake with condensed milk, screw it into a pipe and leave it to solidify.
4. I’ll fill the tubes with boiled condensed milk.
