I always try to review books in a way that allows you to decide whether or not the book is right for you (and I don't care whether it's right for me. That's not what's important.)

Some of my favorite books of all time include "The Pillars of the Earth," "Birdsong," "Into Thin Air," "Into the Wild," "Kindred," and "The Lord of the Rings." Since "The Lord of the Rings" is probably the only fantasy book I've ever liked, please let me know if you have any book recommendations for readers who don't like fantasy. I think I must just be reading the wrong types of books.
