Here are the key points regarding how to source and list clothing to flip quickly (in three months or less):

1. Only buy pieces that have equivalent numbers of actives to solds, or pieces where the solds are higher than the actives (be precise in your search keywords).

2. Price the item to match the cheapest currently active comp, not higher-priced sold listings that make your eyes sparkle.

3. Don't make dumb mistakes in the listing itself. Have good photos, complete details including measurements.

4. Take the quick return and re-invest it in more inventory. You will make more money in the long run and have a better time than if you squatted on a giant stockpile of overpriced goods.
