This is the debut single "Anchors" from Spirits, based out of Portland, OR.

We as a band have struggled in the past or continue to struggle with many things in our personal lives including addiction, depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts so we wanted to make a song and video that reflected that although we struggle we are able to find a positive outlet for those struggles with this band. This song is very personal to us and we hope that you all enjoy it!
