A Witches Hat is passed down from parental figures to their children, when a Witchling has shown their touch with Magic... Their "Specialty".
For some that comes early in their life, for others it comes later.
Witches are capable of learning all kinds of magic, but their Specialty is what comes naturally or easier to them.
Every Witch will also find their Familiar in fife around that time. An animal companion who shares a deep connection with it's Witch.

Lucy is one of the Witches who had to wait longer for theirs, but now they are ready to explore Mother Nature.
They are a Witch with a Specialty for flying, who has a fear of hights.
Once out in the world, Lucy encounters an Owl in need of help, two other Witches, their Familiars and a shared dream of reaching the stars.
