Alessandra dared to venture into the darkness and was surprised to find lots of light there. Now she searches for pitch-black nights wherever she goes. Alessandra studies at the XIV High School of Stanisław Staszic in Warsaw. She is a part of the New York Academy of Sciences - Junior Academy. Physics, Mathematics and Astronomy are the sciences that interest her the most. She loves solving problems, spotting rules, principles and patterns which govern our world. She is also a passionate stargazer, an amateur bridge player and a bookworm; she especially enjoys popular science novels and detective fiction.
