Ingredients

For batter -
Ragi millet - 2 cups
Dal ( urad , chana , masoor) - 1 cup
Methi Dana - 1 tbsp
Water to grind
Salt to taste

For aaloo masala
Oil - 2 - 3 tsp
Rai - 1/2 tsp
Zira - 1/2 tsp
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Green chilies - 2 - 3 (as per taste)
Curry leaves - 6 - 7
Haldi powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Aaloo - 4 ( mashed lightly)
Salt to taste
Dhaniya Patti for garnishing

For chutney
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Roasted peanuts - 1/2 cup
Green chilies - as per taste
Dhaniya Patti - handful
Curry leaves - 6- 7
Lahsun - 3 - 4 cloves
Salt to taste
For tadka - oil+ zira + Rai + sukhi mirch+ curry leaves
