Baked Potato with Filipino-Style Spaghetti Sauce is creamy, cheesy, at siguradong mauubos sa isang upuan. Perfect pang-merienda, pang-handaan, o pang-negosyo ideas!

🧺 Ingredients:

Main:
1 kg potatoes, sliced
500 ml cooked Filipino-style spaghetti sauce
200 g mixed Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese
For the White Sauce:
500 ml fresh milk
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 slices cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

For Layering:
Olive oil
Potato slices
White sauce
Spaghetti sauce
Mixed mozzarella & cheddar cheese

👨‍🍳 How to Cook:

Prepare the white sauce:
Melt butter in a pan over low heat.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Slowly pour in fresh milk while stirring.
Add cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
Stir until thick and creamy. Set aside.

Assemble:
Lightly brush baking dish with olive oil.
Arrange potato slices as first layer.
Pour white sauce, then spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle mixed mozzarella & cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers until maubos ang ingredients.

Bake:
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Optional: Bake twice (2x) for extra tender potatoes and golden cheese top.

Serve:
Let it rest for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy habang stretchy pa ang cheese! 🧀🔥
