Mitsubishi Electric Inverter | Mini Split AC

Might be the first "proper" AC review on this channel.

I am not an air conditioner expert, but I know basic knowledge in HVAC field such as maintenance, parts and functions. Apart from fans, air conditioning is also one of my hobbies. Even if I haven't gone deep into it, learning something new about air conditioning always excites me.

So here is my Mitsubishi Inverter Mini Split AC model MSY-JT07VF installed in my master bedroom in late 2022. This beast had been taking over my tiny bedroom. Yup, with 8,871 Btu/h, this AC can cool the whole room in 5-7 minutes, with a remote setting of 25 degrees Celsius, auto fan. The air it produces is really dry and extremely cold so I usually set this AC temperature to 26 degrees Celsius and the lowest fan speed (quite mode).

As far as I know, an inverter air conditioner should be installed in a smaller room where the AC capacity is larger than the room's requirements so that the AC compressor can work stably and at ease. As a result, the air conditioner would last longer in the long term.

I know some might say the price of the Mitsubishi Electric AC might be exorbitant, but I think it’s worth the price. I'm really a fan of its indoor and outdoor unit design. When you first see Mitsubishi Electric AC, you will immediately know its premium quality. The premium impression is more obvious when you feel the material used. Although, this AC doesn't offer much features as other AC brands do, which I don't really have a problem with it.

In the end, for both usability and hobbyist satisfaction, I believe AC has satisfied me!
