Cornstarch and tylose powder for fondant handling

Instructions:

-Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth.
-Add flour and baking powder, mix well.
-Incorporate warm milk and lemon juice.
-Blend in vegetable oil.
-Color part of the batter with pink food coloring.
-Bake at 170°C for 50-55 minutes.
-Slice the cake into three layers and moisten each with cherry syrup.
-Cover each layer with cream.
-Prepare the fondant bow colored with pink and shaped to 14 cm long and 6 cm high, using cornstarch and tylose for ease.
-Assemble the cake, decorating it with fondant creations and ensuring each piece adheres to the size and theme.
