Today 2-11-24 we sailed into one of the most beautiful parts of this great world. The Cook Islands and an amazing place left on the planet that has not yet been destroyed by the human touch.
Once off the ship we took a short taxi ride to Ootu Beach where we hired a water taxi to take us to the grand paradise island of Tapuaetai but more commonly known as "One Foot Island". This place was simply paradise.
Here our taxi dropped us and said he would return at 1pm. Well, he never returned and we soon found out that that taxi had sunk after the glass bottom came out. Thankfully he sent another small boat to take us back to the main island.
