Flowing with Poi Flowers (Beginner Poi Tutorial)

Learn to flow with poi flowers! Flowers come in 2 varieties: inspin and antispin. Today's beginner poi tutorial covers the inspin flower--both in terms of how to perform it as well as integrating it with timing and direction. I truly believe that flowers are the most versatile tool a poi spinner can learn and they have massive implications down the road so do take your time on these and get the form right. It'll help as you get into more intermediate tricks!
