Ingredients

Flour - 1 + 3/4 cups
Eggs - 2
Sugar - 2 tbsps
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsps
Pumpkin spice - 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
Mushed banana - 1/2 cup
Pumpkin puree - 1 cup

Procedure:

Take a mixing bowl and whisk two eggs and both the sugars together until the sugar melts.

Add milk and mix it. Now add the flour and baking powder and mix it until it makes a smooth batter.

Once the battery is smooth now add pumpkin spice and nutmeg powder and mix it well.

Finally add the mushed banana and the pumpkin puree. To make the pumpkin puree steam the pumpkin pieces and blend them into a fine paste.

Now the batter is ready it is time to prep the pan. To prepare the pan heat it and put few drops of oil in it and when the oil is heated wipe off the oil covering the whole surface of the pan.

Time to make pancakes, Once you pour the batter do not spread it with the spoon but let the batter spread by itself. That's how you get the perfect pancakes.
