Exercise/workout details:

Speed jog on the spot - you can also do it outside as a sprint:walk workout.

8 x 20:10 sec. work:rest.

Work: Speed jog as fast as you can - maybe pump the arms.
Rest: Walk super slowly and breathe deeply.

Equipment:

None. It's bodyweight only.

Specific tip:

Be focused, and in control.
Keep breathing.
Move feet super fast and 'lightly'.
