Cheddar /Mozzarella Chesse (iI used 4 to 5 slices You can use according to your taste,You can also use grated cheese)
Salt To Taste ( 3/4 Teaspoon)
Black Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Chili Flakes 1 Teaspoon
Ajino Moto 1/2 Teaspoon /Chicken Stock Cube 1
Fresh Coriander (Hara Dhanya) 2 Tablespoon
Roasted & Crushed Cumin (Zeera) 1 Teaspoon
Samosa Patti (As Required)
Maida 2 Tablespoon mix with 4 to 6 tablespoon of water
Oil For Frying
