The documentary "13th" from Ava Duvernay in 2016 promoted the myth that Mass Incarceration was tied to the 13th Amendment of 1865 that freed the Slaves but there was ‘Loophole’. Dr. Daryl Scott, Professor of History at Howard University explains why this is historically inaccurate. Even though people have good intentions and want to end ‘Mass Incarceration’ we have to deal with facts and evidence.

We'll also discuss some of the historical flaws with the 1619 Project from The New York Times that needs to be corrected.
