Back at the beginning of March 2023 I was invited to visit and photograph a school for the disabled in Quang Nam province, Vietnam.

The experience was eye-opening and tugged a great deal at the heartstrings seeing these disadvantaged children.

A local artist by the name of Quy Phong Bui invited me to the school. A man who dedicates his time to painting beautiful masks in Hoi An at his Timing Masks workshop. All money he receives from his sales of those masks and painting courses he gives to charity. A truly incredible man who I am grateful to his invitation to the school.

When you visit a place such as this you will realize just how lucky you are to be able to live your lives as you wish. But thankfully there are some local people who dedicate their time to ensure these children are taken care of.
