This guy found a meteorite and decided to cut it open, and what he discovered inside is truly mind-blowing. After searching for days with an advanced metal detector, he finally detected something and started digging below. The reason it was so deep wasn’t because of the impact, but because it landed on Earth over 1 million years ago. Over time, soil buildup and erosion gradually buried the meteorite.

After digging for hours, he finally found it. It simply looked like a normal small rock, but it was actually formed around 4.56 billion years ago during the early stages of our solar system. This means it’s older than Earth itself and could possibly be the oldest object on Earth. The fascinating part comes when you cut it open. Inside, it revealed a 3D-like design called the Widmanstätten pattern, a crystal structure that’s impossible to replicate. It forms over millions of years as the iron and nickel inside the meteorite slowly cool in the vacuum of space, making this rock truly something out of this world.
