She has Cancer and they STOLE her Lawn Mower | Mowing Overgrown Lawn

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel. My name is Bryan and I like to help my community in my free time by mowing overgrown and neglected properties. For today's video I will be helping a homeowner who has cancer and is currently going through chemo therapy.
The homeowner was renting this property to a couple for the last year or two. She told me that when they first moved in she made a deal with them. If she left her riding lawn mower in the garage, they would mow the lawn every other week. About a month ago they packed up and moved out. Not only had they not been mowing the lawn like they promised, but they took her lawn mower with them when they left.
Now the lawn is overgrown, she does not have a mower, and even if she borrowed one she is not physically able to mow due to the chemo treatments. The grass has been overgrown for a while now, so the city has issued a violation and has imposed a fine. If the lawn is not mowed soon she will be forced to pay the fine.
What surprised me the most about the entire situation was the fact that the city owns the vacant property next to hers. It's overgrown and the trees are touching her house. I was shocked that they are fining her for her lawn but not maintaining this lot.
