This is Part #7 from a complete live recording of the Genesis' lost Tour. The almost always forgotten "Encore Tour" which took place between August and September of 1982 with just 45 gigs played.
Unfortunately there is no soundboard recording available from this short Tour. Nevertheless I decided to share this audience recording because I honestly think it is actually one of the best audience recordings I've heard in my whole life and on top of that it was a very special venue.
The old Marquee Club was a classic small venue located in Wardour Street, Soho, London, and just a few hundreds of people more or less were attending this show. And also because it was a small venue the sound is amazing, particularly the drums. So powerfull indeed.
It was performed on stage by Tony Banks, Phil Collins, Mike Rutherford, Chester Thompson and Daryl Stuermer. Enjoy!!!
