Banggood.com is a website and App that is similar to Gearbest or Wish.com, shipping products from China. I had a problem with the Bugs 5 drone I had ordered, and so I followed the white rabbit down the Banggood customer service rabbit hole. I reached out about the quad-copter February 5th, 2020 and by April 13th, had satisfaction and this is that (long) story in two parts "The Beginning" and "The End"! This review comes during both the Covid 19 and the Chinese New Year, so I am understanding but there are flaws with the customer service. In America we expect a flow, back and forth. Banggood's script was rigid and always a negotiation, "Art of the Deal", should have been art of being patient and sticking to your guns!.
