Ingredients:
Trevally Fish, 750 g
Salt, to taste
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp.
Chili powder: 1/2 tsp
3 tbsp. oil
Fenugreek seeds: 1/2 tsp.
Rampe leaves
Curry leaves
Cinnamon, 1 inch
Lemongrass, 2 inches
Garlic, 3 cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
Onions: 1
Cumin powder: 1/4 tsp.
Coriander powder: 1/2 tsp.
Goraka: 1
Coconut milk: 1.5 cups
Tomato: 1
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp.
Green chillies: 3
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp.

Recipe
1. Add your fish to a large bowl.
2. Add salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder.
3. Mix gently and give it 15 minutes to marinate.
4. Heat the oil in a different pan.
5. Add fenugreek seeds, rampe leaves, curry leaves, cinnamon, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, onions, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
6. After two minutes, add fish that has been marinated.
7. Cook on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes while adding goraka, turmeric powder, coconut milk, tomatoes, black pepper powder, and green chilies.
8. Turn off the heat and then stir in the lemon juice.
