How to Increase Baby Shrimp Survival - Our Success in the 480 Gallon

A common problem in shrimp keeping is baby shrimp not surviving to adulthood. Today, I walk you through some tricks we use to ensure as many baby shrimp live as possible. We highlight our 480 gallon aquarium which has 1,000's of blue bolt baby shrimp at the moment with all different ages and sizes. Using the tips we lay out in the video, you will be able to drastically increase your baby shrimp survival rate.

One thing to understand, if none of your baby shrimp are currently living it is due to the environment they are born into. You need to ensure you have the proper setup and that your shrimp have the optimal parameters for breeding and thriving.
