Cinnamon Roll Dough Ingredients:
4 Cups All-Purpose Flour (more for kneading)
1/3 Cup Butter
3/4 Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
1 Packet (2 1/4 tsp.) Active Dry Yeast
1/3 Cup Warm Water (for yeast)
1 Tsp. Sugar (for yeast)

Cinnamon Filling Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon

Cream Cheese Icing Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Recipe:
Mix together 1/3 Cup of water and 1 tsp. of sugar, then add the yeast
Set aside for at least 15 minutes to activate

In a medium size pan or pot combine add the following:
1/3 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Milk
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Warm all ingredients on medium-low heat until salt and sugar are dissolved and the butter is melted. Turn off the heat and set aside for now.

Sift 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour in a mixing bowl
Add the warm milk/butter mixture and mix until a very sticky dough is formed
If you have a mixer, put the dough onto the mixer with the dough hook attachment.
Add 2 Room Temperature Eggs
Pour in the Activated Yeast mixture (should be foamy)
Start the mixer on low speed
Gradually add 2 more cups of sifted All-Purpose Flour until it is all completely incorporated. Dough will still be sticky!
Pour out dough onto a surface covered with flour.
Knead dough for at least 5 minutes, up to 10 if you have the patience for that, adding more flour as you go. The dough should be smooth and no longer sticky.
Place dough in a bowl coated with oil, cover with a cloth and let rise for an hour.

Prepare Cinnamon Roll Filling:
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon

Mix together, it will look like a brown paste
Remove dough from the bowl after rising and place on a floured surface
Roll out dough into a 12 inch by 16 inch rectangle
Spread Cinnamon Filling mixture onto the dough as evenly as possible
Grab the longer side of the dough and roll it up
Cut the roll into 16 separate cinnamon rolls
Place the cut rolls onto a baking sheet with parchment paper
Cover the baking sheet and allow rolls to rise for at least 30 more minutes

Prepare Cream Cheese Icing:
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tsp. Vanilla Extract

Mix together all ingredients until smooth and creamy
Brush cinnamon rolls with a 1:1 heavy cream and milk mixture
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes, they will be golden brown on top and will expand while baking.
Spread cream cheese icing on top and enjoy!
