Hey there! Let me introduce you to one of my absolute, all time favourite exercises that I use with every horse at every level, (my coaching clients will know it well!) - the Nuchal Ligament Flip!

I was first taught about this super powerful exercise that literally melts tension from horse and rider, refines the contact and throughness and lifts the back by the great Conrad Schumacher many, many moons ago.
