Louisiana's Premier Culinary School

Here is brief tour of one of the country's premier private culinary schools. Louisiana Culinary Institute (LCI) is located in the heart of Baton Rouge, LA. LCI offers degrees in Advanced Culinary Arts and Advanced Baking and Pastry. You can earn your degree in 16 months. Job Placement and Financial Aid are available, and LCI does accept TOPS.

Our Chef Instructors are ACF certified and LCI is an ACF approved testing facility. Starting semesters begin in August, December, and April. LCI only accepts 30-35 students per semester and keeps the student to teacher ratio less than 15-1. Advanced Culinary Arts classes are Mon-Thurs 8am-1:45pm and the Advanced Baking and Pastry Night Program is Mon 5pm-10pm, Tues, Wed, and Thurs 3pm-8pm.
