Ken quit life as a corporate attorney 10 years ago and pursued a career in fitness. An avid gym goer and former college athlete, he turned his passion into his profession. Today Ken strives to break the stigma of age in the gym. At 40, he finds himself in the best shape of his life, and helps those who are willing to start reach the same heights.

With a degree in human behavior, Ken helps you see the bigger picture as to how the work inside the gym translates to everyday life. You can expect to gain strength, improve mobility and come out of each workout with a better understanding of how to build your body.
