FRAMING REMARKS by Ms. Terry Strada, National Chair, 9/11 Families United and PANEL 'The Never-Ending Search for Justice: Victims of Terrorism and Accountability' – With so much focus on terrorist groups and high-profile terror attacks, more attention should be given to the victims of terrorism, giving voice to the voiceless and highlighting the toll that terrorism has on survivors, victims, their families, first responders, and others who are often neglected when discussing this issue. This panel will also focus on transforming accountability and fighting for justice against terrorists, terrorist groups, and state sponsors of terrorism.
