Harita Kanda is a very beautiful mountain located in the Hatton Bopattalawa area. It appears to be acres of green blankets at first glance. Bogawanthalawa, which is located between the Samanala site with the central mountains like the heart of Sri Lanka and the Mahaeliya plain forest which is the eastern part, is an area of ​​untouched natural beauty. Based on such an ecosystem, Little New Zealand or "Haritha Kanda" can be called a tourist destination that has recently attracted the attention of hikers and night campers. The height of the mountain is about 1880m above sea level.
