RECIPE:
Lemon Chicken: Coat chicken fillets in flour, brown in a pan, add 250ml wine (or water), the juice of one lemon and a handful of capers. Lower heat and put the lid on to simmer for 15 - 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked. We serve it with rice.
